FITNESS OVER 40/50: HOW TO STAY STRONG, ACTIVE & HEALTHY.

Turning 40 or 50 does not mean your fitness journey has to slow down. In fact, this can be an excellent time to become more intentional about strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, balance, recovery, and healthy daily habits. The goal may simply change. Instead of training only for appearance or trying to beat your younger self, fitness over 40 and 50 can focus on staying strong, moving well, maintaining independence, and supporting long-term health.
