How Hard Should Day 23 Feel?

Aim for a moderate effort.

Your breathing should increase, but you should still be able to control your movements.

Use the talk test as a simple guide.

If you're able to speak in short sentences but are breathing more heavily than normal, you're likely working at a manageable moderate intensity.

If you're struggling to speak comfortably, slow down or rest.

The goal is controlled conditioning—not exhaustion.

Common Day 23 Mistakes

1. Starting Cardio Too Fast

Begin at a manageable pace.

2. Rushing Core Exercises

Slow movements often make stability exercises more effective.

3. Letting Your Lower Back Take Over

Focus on controlled core positioning.

4. Holding Your Breath

Continue breathing naturally.

5. Skipping Recovery

Rest between rounds when necessary.

6. Ignoring Warning Signs

Stop if you feel unwell or experience significant or unusual pain or symptoms and seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.
