How Hard Should Day 24 Feel?

Aim for a moderate effort.

Your legs and glutes should feel challenged, but you should still be able to maintain controlled technique.

If your form begins to break down:

Reduce repetitions → shorten the range of motion → rest → use an easier variation.

Progress doesn't require pushing through poor technique.

Common Day 24 Mistakes

1. Rushing Squats

Slow down and control each repetition.

2. Losing Balance During Lunges

Use a stable surface if necessary.

3. Swinging Your Legs

Side leg raises and kickbacks should remain controlled.

4. Going Too Deep

Use a comfortable range of motion.

5. Forgetting to Breathe

Keep breathing naturally.

6. Ignoring Significant Pain

Stop if you experience significant or unusual pain or symptoms and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

Day 24 Cool Down — 5 Minutes

1. Easy Walking — 2 Minutes

Gradually reduce your pace.

2. Gentle Quadriceps Stretch — 20–30 Seconds Per Side

Keep the stretch comfortable.

4. Gentle Hip Stretch — 20–30 Seconds Per Side

Move slowly.

5. Relaxed Breathing — 1 Minute

Allow your breathing to settle.

Day 24 Recovery

Your lower body may feel tired after today's workout.

Support recovery by:

- Getting adequate sleep

- Drinking fluids regularly

- Eating balanced meals

- Taking light activity if comfortable

- Resting when necessary

If you experience significant or unusual pain, stop exercising and seek appropriate medical advice.

Day 24 Nutrition Focus

Continue building sustainable eating habits.

Try to include a variety of:

- Protein-rich foods

- Vegetables
