Today, we're focusing on your lower body—including your legs, glutes, and hips.
Strong lower-body muscles can support everyday movements such as walking, climbing stairs, standing, and lifting.
Today's workout is designed to help beginners develop lower-body strength while practicing controlled movement.
Today's goal: Strengthen your lower body without sacrificing technique.

- A sturdy chair or wall for support if needed

3. Bodyweight Squats — 10 Reps
Use a comfortable range of motion.
4. Hip Hinge — 10 Reps
Push your hips backward and return to standing.
5. Alternating Knee Raises — 60 Seconds
Raise one knee at a time.
6. Gentle Hip Circles — 30 Seconds
Move slowly in both directions.
7. Easy Marching — 30 Seconds
Finish your warm-up comfortably.

Complete 2–3 rounds.
Beginners can start with 2 rounds.
Rest approximately 45–90 seconds between exercises.

Exercise 1: Bodyweight Squats — 15 Reps
Stand with your feet comfortably apart.
Push your hips backward and bend your knees.
Lower yourself through a comfortable range.
Return to standing.

Exercise 2: Reverse Lunges — 8–10 Reps Per Leg
Stand tall.
Step one foot backward.
Lower yourself gently.
Push through the front foot to return to standing.

Hold a stable surface for balance.
You can also reduce the depth of the movement.
Exercise 3: Glute Bridges — 15 Reps
Lie on your back with your knees bent.
Place your feet on the floor.
Lift your hips.
Pause briefly at the top.

Sit on a sturdy chair.
Place your feet comfortably on the floor.
