DAY 6: CORE & STABILITY WORKOUT — BUILD A STRONGER CENTER.

You've now completed five days of building your strength, conditioning, and movement skills.

Today, we're focusing on your core and stability.

How Hard Should Day 6 Feel?

You should be able to control each movement and breathe comfortably.

Quality beats quantity.

If you feel your technique breaking down, stop and rest.

Common Day 6 Mistakes

1. Holding Your Breath

Keep breathing throughout the exercises.

2. Moving Too Quickly

Slow repetitions make it easier to focus on control.

3. Using Momentum

Avoid swinging your arms or legs.

4. Chasing Longer Plank Times

A shorter plank with good technique is better than a longer plank with poor control.

5. Ignoring Your Lower Back

If an exercise causes discomfort in your lower back, stop and reassess your technique or use an easier variation.
