How Hard Should Day 17 Feel?
Aim for a moderate effort.
Your breathing should increase, but you should still feel in control.
You can use the talk test as a simple guide.
If you can speak in short sentences but you're breathing more heavily than normal, you're likely working at a manageable moderate intensity.
If you're struggling to speak comfortably, slow down or take a break.
Learn to control your effort instead of trying to exercise as hard as possible.

1. Starting Too Fast
Begin at a manageable pace.
2. Turning Every Exercise Into a Sprint
This is a conditioning workout, not a race.
3. Forgetting to Breathe

4. Ignoring Technique
Good movement remains important even when you're tired.
5. Skipping Recovery
Rest between rounds when necessary.
