7-DAY GYM CONFIDENCE CHALLENGE.

Day 1: Show Up & Check In
Goal: Just walk in. Do a 5-min treadmill walk. That’s it. You proved you can start.

Day 2: Master the Warm-Up
Goal: Learn a simple 5-min dynamic stretch routine: arm circles, leg swings, 8 bodyweight squats. Move your body, loosen up. WATCH THIS VIDEO--women--

Day 3: Try One Machine
Goal: Pick 1 beginner-friendly machine like leg press or seated row. Ask staff for a quick demo. Do 2 sets of 8-10 reps, light weight. You own that machine now.
Day 4: Core Confidence
Goal: Do 3 rounds: 20-sec plank, 10 standing marches, 10 deadbugs. Core work = posture boost = instant confidence.

Day 5: Ask For Help
Goal: Ask a trainer or staff 1 question about form or equipment. Asking questions is what confident people do.

Day 6: Move & Smile
Goal: 15-min cardio you enjoy: bike, incline walk, dance. No pressure, just move. Endorphins = mood + confidence up.

Day 7: Celebrate Progress
Goal: Reflect on your week. What felt easier? Write 1 win you’re proud of. Take a selfie if you want. You did 7 days — you’re not “new” anymore. You’re a gym-goer.

Remember: Consistency > perfection. Go at your own pace. Everyone started at Day 1. You belong here.
