This 15-minute home workout was designed specifically for teen girls. It uses only your bodyweight and fits into even the busiest day. 


The 15-Minute Routine  
Do each exercise back-to-back with minimal rest. Complete 3 full rounds. Rest 30-60 seconds between rounds if needed.

1. Zero equipment: Your body is the only tool you need. Do it in your room, backyard, or living room.

Make It Easier or Harder  
• Beginner: Do 2 rounds instead of 3. For push-ups, drop to your knees. For lunges, hold onto a chair. • Advanced: Add a 4th round. Slow down the squats to 3 seconds down, 1 second up. Add a jump to your squats. 
Quick Safety Tips  
Quality matters more than quantity. Keep your back straight during squats, don’t let knees cave inward, and engage your core during planks. If anything hurts beyond normal muscle fatigue, stop. When in doubt, ask a coach, PE teacher, or parent.
